My career path has been been fluid, not linear, with a strong customer-centric beginning to now working behind the scenes, my skills and professional interests evolved overtime. I grew to appreciate helping support the revenue organization from within versus on the front lines.

My future goals are to advance my skills as a Data Analyst, while helping others along the way. I'd like to take my technical expertise forward into managing a team. My current passion is building beautiful, useful, and meaningful data visualizations and reports that help businesses advance, depict a meaningful story and improve workflows. I am a certified Power Bi Analyst with Microsoft and am currently working as a Business Intelligence Analyst @ Crown Castle.

In my experience I have enjoyed developing a Customer Success Strategy, Customer Health and Risk Indicators, Churn/Loss Prevention Workflows, as well as Revenue Forecasting Models. 

I like to think of myself as a Data Analyst for the People - specifically for your clients. After working with SaaS businesses, I value and appreciate the dedication companies are now giving to their customers, not just in the first days of signing up, but in the longevity of the customer's life.
